- Installation and configuration of operating system Windows 7, 8 &10.
- Assembling, hardware up-gradation troubleshooting.
- Installation of local printers.
- Disk Management, partitions.
- Printer installation and troubleshooting.
- Update system as soon as the new version of OS and application software comes out.
- Sharing folder, sharing device & Printer.
- Creating deleting and modifying user accounts
- Outlook Configuration and troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of LAN, WAN, DHCP, SWITCH, HUB etc.
