While each billing operation is different in their needs, there are certain tasks that are easiest to begin with. All data entry should be offshored to create a 24 hours service. Likewise, payment posting is another easy first step. Another easy option is to have us start with AR follow up. This saves your staff time waiting on hold during those first touches. We can take care of much of the aging, allowing your staff to focus on higher level tasks such as appeals.
The onboarding process is fast and simple. We can be ready to help your team within a matter of days.
In the beginning we have daily check in calls to ensure we are on the right track. Once our relationship develops we can talk as often as is necessary. Our team will get on weekly calls with your team or whatever frequency your team requires.
Having a vendor you currently work with should make the transition even easier than usual. If you currently work with a vendor you have likely documented many of your procedures. All it will take is one training call and we can get started.

- Use the swiping machine for entering / exiting office
- Mobile phones or other electronic gadgets are not allowed inside office
- Information with HIPAA related information are encrypted/password protected when emails are sent to the client
- CCTV cameras across the work floor
- Other than the IT Head no one can enter into the server room, it is a restricted area, etc
- Well trained security guards watching the office 24/7
