Chanie Gluck - Chief Executive Officer

Chanie Gluck is a successful entrepreneur and seasoned veteran of the medical billing business. She launched 4D Global, Inc. after working in the medical billing industry for over 20 years. Like many successful entrepreneurs, Chanie began her career working in the billing department of a multi-specialty medical center. In 2002, she garnered sufficient expertise to make the leap to her own billing company - 4D Medical, a business focused on specialty practices and groups, including several large hospitals. Chanie soon realized that offshore human resources offered significant opportunities for cost-efficient data entry and revenue cycle management. She discovered that Chennai, India presented considerable billing talent pools and a round-the-clock workforce. She travelled to India several times over the years learning to admire the stellar work-ethic and inherent integrity of the culture. Chanie began consulting work and established organizations for herself and other companies seeking the competitive advantage of offshore medical billing. She spent years building and perfecting systems and processes to maximize efficiency, communication, and protection of confidential information. Her India operations is now growing exponentially with a reputation as the industrial engine of offshore medical billing.

Peter B. – Managing Director

Peter B. is the Managing Director of 4DGLOBAL and comes with a wealth of experience and track record in handling Medical Billing operations, On-boarding new clients and building/developing start-ups. With over 20+ years of rich experience in Medical Billing and interacting with U.S. clients across the U.S. Peter has worked in key leadership positions in his previous companies including setting up operations, building and automation of processes, building leadership development programs, etc. Peter completed his MBA Marketing in Alagappa University that has been accredited with ‘A’ grade (5 Star) by NAAC and has successfully completed several Project Management programs apart from completing his B.Com degree in Loyola College Chennai

In his current capacity as Managing Director at 4DGLOBAL he manages the delivery aspects of the business including running the operations as a profit centre, people/process management, client relationship management, revenue/cost oversight, supporting new client acquisition etc

Vijayasarathy S. – Director Operations

Vijayasarathy S, is the Director of Operations at 4DGLOBAL and has more than 10 years of experience in handling clients, transitioning new clients and working directly with doctors to manage their collections. He has worked with different specialities and different companies and has better understanding and experience in process automation, software implementation and training programmes for new hires etc., Vijayasarathy holds Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the University of Madras. At 4DGLOBAL, he is responsible for Managing the entire operations, client management, hiring the right talents, training the leadership team etc.,

Vijay M – Account Manager

Vijay M. is one of our key Account Managers, he comes with 10 years of experience in Healthcare industry He is an enthusiastic personality, knowledgeable,good hands on experience and works with the team for improving quality levels, enhancing their skills and ensuring the TAT is met on a day to day basis. He has been in the supervisory role for more than 5+ years and has good exposure in ensuring the quality of the work is maintained without compromising the Turn Around Time and thus winning the confidence of the clients. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from University of Madras.

Prem Kumar – Revenue Cycle Management Lead

Prem heads the Revenue Cycle Management AR-Operations. He brings over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry and has managed operations for Hospital & Physician billing of various outsourced billing companies. He has extensive knowledge in working with Multi Specialty clients and a good knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management which includes Claim Rejections, Denial Management, AR analytics, Follow-up with different Insurance Companies, Correspondence and Appeals and Credit Balance Resolution. Prem joined 4D Global in 2015 and is currently responsible for on-boarding new clients and working with the RCM team. He has performed multiple roles in project delivery management, team management and client relationship management. His contributions have been recognized internally in the areas of process management, client satisfaction and people development. He always realizes his responsibilities and not only meets but many times exceeds our client's expectations with good quality and productivity. Prem holds an Engineering degree from Madurai Kamaraj University.

Mustafa – Revenue Cycle Management Lead

Mustafa is one of our Client Services Leads. He brings with him over 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry and great at managing clients and his team. He ensures that all client requests including the SLA's (service level agreements) are met in a timely manner. He has won many accolades from our clients on his performance. He is a self motivated individual, a quick learner and developed a unique set of skills. Mustafa holds a Bachelor Degree in Information Technology from Anna University.

Kafeel – Revenue Cycle Management Lead

Kafeel is one of our Revenue Cycle Management Leads. He brings with him over 7 years of experience in the healthcare industry and possesses good client and team management skills. He is highly motivated and ambitious with the ability to provide timely and accurate advise, guidance, support and training to his team members. He has worked with a number of reputable Medical Billing Companies in the past. Kafeel holds a Bachelor Degree in Commerce from Islamiah College.

Umashankar – DATA Entry Lead

Umashankar is one of our Data Team Lead. He handles the Demo/Charge and Payment posting teams. He comes with over 7 years of experience in data entry processes and has excellent knowledge in Denial Management. He comes with a Master’s Degree in Computer Application from SRM University. In his capacity as an Data Team Lead, he ensures the SLA’s are met in a timely manner apart from ensuring that everyone on the team is producing good quality work and meeting production expectations.
